Following the conference between the Ministry of Education and Trade Unions, the draft of the call for the update of the third-tier ATA staff rankings valid for the three-year school 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.

In particular, the requirements and methods of rating and scoring should remain unchanged.

Applications should be submitted in electronic mode only, with the deadline for submission of the application ATA third band set from 1 February to 2 March 2021.

The competition is based on a selection for only qualifications that allows to enter the ranking of ATA staff third band to work as alternates, it is in all respects a first step to join the auxiliary staff, technical and administrative of the Italian school.

The figures provided are those of:

Administrative and Technical Assistants.
Cooks;
Nurses;
Guardarobieri;
Persons employed on agricultural holdings;
School collaborators (Bidelli).

It’s possible to participate in the ranking of even more profiles.

The generic requirements include Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU State, ages between 18 and 66 years, enjoyment of civil and political rights, regular position vis-à-vis conscription obligations and does not fall within the scope of cases that obstruct or impede access to employment in the Public Administration.

As far as qualifications are concerned, however, the minimum requirement is the possession of a diploma or a degree. Candidates who meet one or more of the following requirements shall also be eligible for inclusion in the third tier of the ATA staff rankings:

registration in the permanent provincial rankings
enrolment in the provincial rankings for School Assistants, in the provincial lists for Administrative Assistants, Technical Assistants, Cooks, Nurses and Wardrobes,
enrolment in the school rankings of the previous three-year period;
have completed at least 30 days’ service, whether or not on a continuous basis, in posts corresponding to the professional profile required (temporary employment).

Each candidate can choose up to 30 schools in which they wish to work and all must be located in the same province. This means that you cannot apply to work in schools in different provinces.

In order to earn score, it is useful to obtain degrees and/or qualifications among those that can be evaluated to increase the scores in view of the upcoming calls for competition.

In particular for IT and digital certifications (only one security is evaluated) between:

– ECDL
Core level – 0,50 points;
Advanced level – 0,55 points;
Specialised level – 0,60 points;
– NEW ECDL
Base level – 0,50 points;
Advanced level – 0,55 points;
Specialised and Professional level – 0,60 points;
– MICROSOFT
MCAD level or equivalent – 0,50 points;
MCSD level or equivalent – 0,55
