ISO 11697:2017 PRIVACY PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
D.P.O.
The Personal Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.) is the professional figure governed by art. 39 of EU Regulation 2016/679 which supports the Owner or Manager in the application of the regulation and ensures its observance.
The D.P.O. has the task of ensuring that the rights and freedoms of the interested parties are not affected by the processing operations carried out. The appointment of a Data Protection Officer is always mandatory for public administrations and for companies which, as owner or privacy manager, carry out regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects or the processing of particular categories of personal data, data judicial, health, genetic or biometric scales.
In order to access the exam, verify to obtain the D.P.O. it is necessary to have at least 80 hours of training. Upon passing the exam, the Certificate will be issued as D.P.O.
MANAGER PRIVACY
The Privacy Manager is the one who transversely coordinates the subjects involved in the processing of personal data, in order to guarantee compliance with the applicable laws and the achievement and maintenance of the adequate level of protection based on the specific processing of personal data carried out. The objective is to certify the skills necessary for the Privacy Manager to be able to carry out his duties relating to the processing of personal data. In order to access the exam, the student must have completed a total of 60 hours of professional training.
The issue of the Certification is subject to:

PRIVACY EVALUATOR
The Privacy Evaluator is the professional figure who operates independently and possesses all the knowledge and skills in the IT/technological and legal/organizational nature who conducts audits on the compliance of personal data processing making use, if necessary, of specialists in both areas.
A necessary requirement to access the verification exam for the issue of the Certification as a Privacy Evaluator is the possession of 40 hours of training in this area.

The online final verification exam will consist of:

ENGLISH CERTIFICATION B2

Upon passing the final exam, the ESOL International B2 English Language LRN Certification will be issued.
INFORMATICS CERTIFICATIONS
FULL IT CERTIFICATION
The IT Certifications in general are extremely important and valid in School Competitions. The FULL Computer Certification, recognized by MIUR, is worth 0.25 points and certifies computer skills for advanced management of information and communication processes in the private, social and professional spheres, which require correct use of the computer, its applications and the Internet.
The Full IT Certification is aimed at all those who have specific IT skills:
- M02: word processing and image representations;
- M03: spreadsheet;
- M06: Calculation ows, Database and Presentation Manager.
(Alternatively, the training courses that provide skills on the same topics are also valid)
The program of the course is divided into 7 different teaching areas, at the end of each area there will be an intermediate verification exam.
TYPING CERTIFICATION
The Typing Certification is recommended for all those who intend to acquire an excellent method for learning to type quickly and correctly on the keyboard, optimizing time. It is very important, for those who spend hours and hours typing on the computer, to know how to type as many words as possible in the shortest time but above all to be able to do it without looking at the keyboard while writing.
It is a project proposed by the EIRSAF – IT Division of the IRSAF and was created with the intention of promoting and enhancing educational innovation through the use of information technology.

LIMITED CERTIFICATION
The LIM Certification is aimed at:

TABLET CERTIFICATION
The Tablet Certification is recommended for all those who need to learn how to use the Tablet as a new teaching tool and who are in possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable by the Course Council. It is recognized by MIUR and can be used in all the competitions that assign a score to the various certifications, it allows you to increase your score in the GPS rankings by 0.25.
CODING CERTIFICATION
The Coding Certification is a Miur Certificate which is worth 0.5 points in the teacher rankings. Through this course you will obtain the skills to create and implement effective educational experiences thanks to the tools of Coding and STEAM Educational Robotics. The Certification is recommended for practically practically everyone. We particularly recommend it to teachers of all levels, but also to trainers, educators, parents and enthusiasts.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS
MARKING CE
It is the necessary requirement for a product to be freely sold in the national or European market. It represents a guarantee for those who buy a product and at the same time an obligation for those who place the same on the market: a product with the CE marking means that it complies with the applicable European Directives.
The CE marking therefore demonstrates that the product has undergone an evaluation procedure before being placed on the market but not that it has been designed and manufactured within the European Economic Area (EEA). To demonstrate the validity of the Marking, therefore the effective compliance with the product requirements, it will be necessary to draw up:
- a Technical File: to verify possession of the essential requirements and for risk assessment where required, a Technical Documentation must be prepared, which must be kept by the manufacturer for ten years;
- a Declaration of Conformity: a Certificate with which the manufacturer, or someone on his behalf, declares that the product complies with the relevant essential requirements prescribed by the relevant applicable Directives.
INSTALLATION CHECKS
Presidential Decree 462/01 makes it mandatory for all activities to periodic check of the systems after the first installation.
The following systems are subject to the checks required by Presidential Decree 462/01:
- Electrical earthing systems;
- Installations and protective devices against atmospheric discharges;
- Electrical systems in places with danger of explosion.
Employers, in the event of new constructions or modifications to electrical systems, must send the declaration of conformity issued by the qualified electrician.
Furthermore, the obligation is also established, which is always the responsibility of the Employer, to have the periodic biennial or five-yearly checks carried out on these systems by authorized subjects such as Inspection Bodies (private entities Authorized by the Ministry of Economic Development) or local ASL.
